How’s it going? I’m sitting here, in a Starbucks, trying to study for my Calc test tomorrow, but it turns out I can only do Calc for 2 hours before my brain turns to mush. Literal mush. I know you think I mean literal as in figurative, but I assure you if you scanned my head right now all you would see is mush. Mush mush mush.
You believe me now don’t you? That’s right you do!
I keep thinking about what I should blog about, but it turns out that is a hard question to answer if all you do and all you think about is math. Math is not worth blogging about. I mean, I don’t want you to think I hate math, Internet, because I like what I’m going to school for. It’s just a matter of getting through this particular 7:30 am class.
Yeah. Did I mention I am in a 2 hour 7:30 am Calc 3 class? You would hate that too.
But fun things! Its getting cold down here (the universe is paying me back for my post of Monday). Which is making me want to buy sweaters. (I’m trying very hard to resist.) I do have a new Christmas sweater that I will be breaking out tomorrow for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. I’m so excited – there will be free hot chocolate and cookies and it will be snoaping (Snow soap. Soap Snow?) and there will be parades and fireworks and character and the
Jungle Jingle Cruise.
It will be magic.
And don’t worry, there will be pictures.
I’m also excited because this time next week my mom will be here!!! I. Cannot. Flipping. Wait. I have definitely experienced more homesickness moving down here this time than I did when I came down for my internship, and I am so excited to see my mom.
After that it will be after Thanksgiving and time to invest in a Christmas tree. (It will also be Finals Crunch Time, but we will deal with that later).
And then my semester will be over! And I can focus on fun things – like picking up a bunch of shifts so I can buy presents, and making presents for my friends (I have a pretty baller plan) and reading. I want to read a Jane Austin novel during Christmas Break. And watching ALL the Christmas movies. And going home for 4 days and I AM SO EXCITED THIS SEMESTER JUST NEEDS TO END!!!!
How are you gearing up for Christmas, Internet? Any fun plans?
