Ok Internet. Let’s do this!
I’m still learning how to manage my time with my crazy schedule, but I think I maybe might be getting the hang of it. Maybe. I guess we will see.
I feel like there isn’t a ton of blog-worthy stuff going on; mostly just sound bite type stuff. But sound bites are better than total radio silence right? Of course right.
Our living space needs some work. Our individual rooms are looking pretty good, but the common areas are a bit bare.
We want to decorate, but we are poor. We did go to home goods last week and picked up a few things that I’m excited about.
Oh! My kingdom for a coffee table!! Guys, we have lived on the Titanic almost three months and still don’t have a coffee table. The struggle is REAL for me. I never knew how badly I needed a coffee table until I didn’t have one. I’m trying REALLY hard not to spend money, but I think I’m going to crack and go to Ikea. I just can’t wait any longer.
I have a number of small room improvements I want to make, but I need picture frames. I ran out and haven’t gotten myself to the dollar store to stock up again.
Because when you already having a hard time managing your time, THAT’S when you start crocheting a hat right?
I’ve officially booked my first trips home and to Denver. I’ll be home for Christmas! And am going to see the bestie in Miss Saigon in January! It’s been almost a year since I saw the bestie and I am super pumped. I’m also worried that Florida has ruined me and I will freeze to death the moment I step off the plane in Chicago. Lord bless us everyone.
I read a novel! Wait! I read TWO novels!!!…. This is only exciting if you understand how hard it can be to find time to pleasure read while you are in school.
Two cats can be a struggle. I’ve used the word “butthead” more times than appropriate for someone of my advanced age, and my roommate’s bed may have been peed on last night… Someone please send a cat whisperer.
And that’s basically what I spend most of my time thinking about. What things are taking up your time Internet?
